Feeling Hunched over your handlebars? Arriving at work feeling tight and cramped after your morning ride?
Yoga for Cyclists will give you the tools you need for easing your neck and shoulders, lengthening the muscles in your lower body, and building core strength; all of which will set your body at ease as you get back on your bike. You’ll gain some clear direction on how to care for yourself after a long ride or a long week of bicycle commuting. Open to all students – brand new to yoga, practiced regulars, or someplace in between.
Bridget Frederick sold her car 7 years ago and has been relying on bicycle transportation ever since. She is a graduate of The Yoga Room’s 500-hour Advanced Studies Program and teaches a regular schedule of classes in the East Bay. Individualized attention to each of her students and her adept use of props allow for a comfortable experience of yoga.
