Zoom Classes during COVID-19

Due to our Shelter in Place status, I’ve moved three of my regular classes online. These classes take place over Zoom. While online will never be a totally perfect alternative to in-person instruction, we take what we can get during these unprecedented times!

Mondays 10:00-11:30am (This is a gentle class for seniors that begins with chair exercises, but continues into an active practice. Good for students needing a gentle practice, those new to yoga, or those experiencing mild acute injury.)

My Tuesday and Thursday classes are still fairly gentle, but more challenging than the Monday class:

Tuesdays 9:30-10:45am
Thursdays 12-1:15pm
